Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech will make the move to AC Milan when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
The Moroccan has played just over 200 minutes of first-team football for the Blues this season. He is clearly out-of-favour under Graham Potter.
Milan have been linked with him for a while and journalist Ciro Venerato claims that there is a 99 per cent possibility that Ziyech will join them.
The Rossoneri failed with a loan approach last summer, but they are confident that the Blues will accept a similar proposal in the next transfer window.
They are ready to include a €20m buy option to sweeten the deal. If the transfer materialises, Ziyech would reunite with Olivier Giroud and Fikayo Tomori.
Former Blues duo Giroud and Tomori have been hugely important figures for Milan and Ziyech could have a similar impact in Serie A which is a more tactical league.
Aside from Ziyech, the Rossoneri also have their sights on landing Armando Broja from Chelsea, but their chances are very slim as he recently penned a new deal.
